Sad that this series never got more entry’s than it did but I’m glad it ended with guardian signs. It is one of the better spin offs and a good closure to the ranger series. This game was my childhood.
Definitely sad that there's no more Ranger! But I absolutely agree -- if Guardian Signs was going to be the last one, then it ended on a high note! I'm so glad you found this channel and, in conjunction, this community. :) We're small but mighty!
The Ranger series could have continued later on, I feel like, but even after the DS era I think this installment being the last one was a good display of restraint. That is to say, there’s no guarantee that more Ranger game(s) would have matched the quality and polish of the first three. For comparison, look at how much people hated Gates to Infinity compared to the other Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games, even if I think Gates to Infinity is underrated personally.
Kinda surprise that there’s no submarine music (both version) in this mix, they go insanely hard ngl, but, other than that…this is perfection ;) Also this just made me realized that Societea is the perfect nickname for the shiny Polteageist I got lmao
There's a couple songs I feel like I should've included, looking back on it now!! Maybe for Guardian Signs day next year I can do a new one with user requested songs. Submarine music would absolutely be on there!!
