Hello! A couple things. The lore of this is that rewrite is the result of SO many rewrites and replays of the Sonic.EXE stuff, it mutated into this. This entity can shape-shift (all the .Exes in the mod), and can escape the rules of the game. Basically, when he stomped his foot, he wasn't angry. He was showing he wasn't static, he COULD escape and he killed boyfriend. That is why he said "Boyfriend is nothing for me". He killed him to get to YOU. Also, Thriller was made BEFORE Trinity.
4:01 it's actually a song from Sonic CD, specifically " Palmtree Panic 'P' " it's a slowed down version that may have been inspired by a song from Machine Girl which uses a slowed down version of the same song as a short sample
Basically the sonic at the 2nd to last song he basically killed bf and he was talking to you and he can break the boundaries of the game and he was basically saying that he knows that he's in a game and he could see everything you were doing
