Nice review, my Swift just turned up today and i got to say i am pretty excited for it. Living in Japan as a all mountain kinda guy i felt like the swift was the best combination of Powder + All Mountain that was out there. Hopefully its a good ride!
Sounds interesting which is a first for Never Summer for me and I always thought negatively about camber profiles like this has but from the review I can see how it might work for me. I see it’s rated at 3.5 stars for carving on the website. Would that be any higher for a back foot dominant carver? Thanks
Hi James. You reviewed the MC Wayfinder awhile back, but never got it into pow. Have you considered reviewing the 2 ?? Im wondering how it compares to the the Swift & how it differs from the original. 🤙🙏
Every since they were bought by the Altimont Investment group their staff was cut way back and I lost all my marketing contacts. They are laterally the only brand out there that doesn't send me boards for extended demo. The reps I know don't have a lot of demo boards so those mainly go to shops. So no I didn't. I'd love to try it though.
@thegoodridesnow How would say the Wayfinder and Swift compare on the stiffness scale? I have a wayfinder and love it. Looking for something similar just a bit stiffer.
Love the review. As a recovering NS fanboy I would really like to see them set their boards back more. I owned a Swift in 2021 but as a back foot rider couldn't get along with being so centered in my pow board. Went with a Korua Dart instead and wow what a difference for my particular riding style. I'm in love with the look and feel of NS ....just give a guy a few more setback stance holes and we may be getting somewhere. Keep the reviews coming!
Hey James love all your reviews on so many different boards. Can you please do an updated review on the Jones Storm Chaser, surf series with Chris Christianould love to
Probably way too early but is a NS Nokhu review in the works? Got to ride it at Keystone last Sunday. Pretty fun board but prefer my Valhalla. Can’t wait to try the Nokhu in powder and trees.

Thanks. Hope you like it.
Super review like always 😎🙌🏻
My favourite from shaper series is a harpoon , but waiting for Your review with shapeshifter.
Working on it today. Hope to be done late aft or this evening. Not like those two boards though. More a tapered all mtn ride.

Thanks! It will be much less if you drive off your front foot and a little more if you back foot weight it.

Many thanks for the good words and your take.
Thanks for the review. Good looking board! Did this take the place of the Maverix from a few years ago?
Thanks! No it's been around before the Maverix and stuck around after. I will say the Maverix was similar though.
Nice.

Sorry James was supposed to be Storm Chaser surf series from Chris Christensen.
Regards Chris.
Thanks! Its changed very little so I haven't felt the need to update it. I would like to try the 157 though so I'll ask If I can demo that this year.

Sorry nothing in the works yet. If it sticks around for 2024/2025 I'll try get on it this winter.
When the shapeshifter review?
trying to get it live later today...
@@thegoodridesnow just a quick question, the shapeshifter is a good board in the NS line up???
Yeah. just super different from the Swift.
