BMW E30 M42 Rebuild. Fine tuning the little things to get her sorted out. FIRST DRIVE!

Vlog030 - with all the anxiety of thinking this was all for nothing, I see the light at the end of the tunnel. With some stroke of luck, we got her started. The first time sounded really bad, timing was off. I had to do some more fine tune adjustments and she started it normal...somewhat but it’s a step in the right direction.

what do you think was the main problem (that sound), camshafts adjustment?

Yep. After a few tweaks it sounded like it should.
