In my area, we have a bunch of turkey vultures. When they get wet, they perch on the houses with their wings spread to dry out and they look like awesome gargoyles

There's a cluster of woods nearby, where the vultures actually live, but none of those trees shade this house's yard. I think that makes it ideal for their purposes.

@ wild parrots like gang-gangs, sulphur crested cockatoos, galahs. Some water birds like black swans, pelicans, and a bunch of water foul. There are also nectar birds here the size of pidgins that hop around drinking from flowers. Sooo cool
