Although I did like this video, it did make me wonder about helping others. My pastor had a sermon years ago, that I remember well about burdens: our own, others and discernment of carrying them and giving them or taking them from others. I tend to take burdens (or try to) from others. I’m glad I have a wonderful husband who I ask first if I can help others so I don’t over burden myself.
