    Julie many thanks for your useful resources of healthy Nutritional food's.I eat more fresh fruits and vegetables including my diets,Healthy home cook meals.No soda or sugary drink or juices,Drinking plenty of water.Take D3 and Fish oil o omega 3 one tablet daily,Healthy choices is my top priority.God Bless everyone be safe and be well.

    Hey everyone reading this!
    Just wanted to add my 0.02 cents to this topic being a dietitian.
    So we cant actually "boost" our immune system. We can strengthen it over time by eating well, keeping fit, and living a healthy lifestyle which can be streamlined by making specific dietary considerations. But please don't think that eating certain foods in an attempt to boost your immunity will protect you against COVID. It won't. First and foremost make sure you wash your hands, do social distancing, and listen to the WHO regarding precautions to implement.

      @@timothylongmore7325 mushrooms are a healthy food that can be consumed as part of a healthy diet but it's not an immune booster or anything. The total picture matters more

      @@TheClimbingDietitian I agree with you on the total picture matters, but you will not agree that an under performing immune system will not benefit ( boosted) by consuming a healthy mushroom? Chaga , reishi , shitake , mitake , etc.

      @@timothylongmore7325 if you mean will the mere act of eating a mushroom in your diet 'boost' your immune system? No I respectively do not agree. It's a healthy food that needs to be included as part of an otherwise healthy diet over time. You can't boost immunity
