It’s refreshing to see aftermarket turbos on a high horsepower car that actually have air cleaners on them nowadays. Seems like a constant theme that the street cars run around without any kind of filter. I guess people nowadays are OK with rebuilding their engines after a few thousand miles
I think most just pull them off when they're going to be out doing full throttle runs... (Simply because any filter is going to restrict airflow)

I'm not saying you're wrong but I think your data might be skewed by only seeing the cars when they are racing/on camera

Yes we do, our mainline hub dyno is usually used with the higher HP vehicles. Our Alpha 16 Prototype video showcases a Performante on our mainline!
A great race would be this car against Fuel Techs twin turbo 2020 C8 Corvette that just ran the 1/4 mile in 8.97 seconds at 160 MPH..... or a Tesla Plaid?

@@bored_af_troll thats nonesense since it would cost more that way. Im not saying rhey are better, just that they are builder's number 1 choice nowadays.
They have their own turbo test rig, if they're leaning towards Garrett, probably because it's better.
some of these turbos get better reaction at different power levels....of course that will vary on the platform. Assuming all of this because I see their GTR packages are not all Garrett.
