- Got it from Demo version. The whole demo is about 30 megabytes at all, so you can imagine the quality of sound in it. There is no difference between the quality in game and in this video.

Back during the days when you could get one of those card-paper keyboard overlays that told you what does what.
This soundtrack influenced my musical tastes when I was 5 to this day. It's what gave me a fascination with hard rock.

Played this an F22 Lightning as a child. Oh the nostalgia. How do I still remember “LOAD SABOT” and “FIRE ON THE WAY” 25 years later at 33?
My grandma got this me (along with Commanche and F22 Lightning) for my 9th birthday in 1999. I don't think she knew what she was buying! Still have all the discs and manuals.
Friend of my father (rip) got it to me in 1997. As I remember I played Comanche 3 later

I remember taking command of my first tank platoon, smoke screen, always smoke screen. Always forward always push. Man I was the best formation commander ever at 7 years old…….
This instantly put me back to the year 2000. NovaLogic was at next fckin level. This along with Delta Force Series, Comanche, MiG29 was a blast playing on an outdated Pentium 1 rig. It would take me a several hours of failing just to learn the key mapping. I bet present day gamers would poop bricks if they played these.
i grew up playing this game with my dad leaning over my shoulder, showing me how to drive an Abrams first time i played this, i learned that the first thing my dad ever drove was a Leopard MBT. and I can think of nothing better to remember those days by

This game was at Costco and came in a pack along with F-22 Raptor....These games are the best, hell I joined the Army just to drive an M1A2.

I played the crap out of this game as a kid. Also Janes WW2 fighters which I still play. I also play the third installment sometimes :)

I MISS THIS GAME SOOOOOOOOO MUCH AS WELL AS COMANCHE I HAVE THE DISKS FOR BOTH OF THEM I TRIED RUNNING AN EMULATOR FOR WINDOWS 98 BUT I FAILED SO BAD :(
Try Dosbox, I think this should help :). You can also download "D-Fend Reloaded", this is also Dosbox, but easier to use ;).
yeah i tried that and it worked! but it has no sound exept... this... weird... music for every mission.. well the page was in russian so ANYTHING could be possible...

I got the game running with D-FEND and DOSbox, but the game ran at an unplayably slow frame rate. Any ideas?
Bret Fugate Armored Fist 3 is on steam along with Comanche 4, but not AF2 and C3.
