Hi friends! Here is part two about travel around Europe! In this video I'll be covering all the places I stayed on my fast-travel week around Europe. I went to Zurich, Switzerland, then to Innsbruck Austria, followed by visiting Bolzano, Venice, and Rome, Italy. In just one week I stayed in a hostel, with a Couchsurfing host, in and Airbnb, and in a couple of hotels. I'll let you know what I thought about each, how much each one cost, and what the total of my trip was for both accommodation and transportation combined.

Thank you for all the info you give us, I love your channel. I am curious how the prices will compare if you travel by car trough the same region versus plane / trains

Hi, and thank you so much for watching! I think taking trains is probably less expensive as long as you aren't having to take a cab a lot once you arrive in a destination. Gas prices in Europe are really high right now. I just calculated the cost to drive from Zurich to Innsbruck, and the gas alone would be $110 USD. Flights are another cheap option, though not as good for the environment and a bit more hassle to go through airports.

@@traveltomoney actually I intend to travel through northern Italy and southern France to Spain. From Zagreb to Valencia. I won't be entering Austria or Switzerland, so I hope the gas prices will be more acceptable, I hope. That is the original idea, but I still have planning to do. Cheers and all the best to you

Great stuff, really useful. Can you tell me re couch surfing. You had your own room with Thomas via couch surfing.
So it's not actually sleeping on a sofa? The app can't be used without full subscription so I've never looked into it?
