We actually did in the master bedroom. There was rotting wood above the windows, so we cut it out and made them larger, with new support. The main lesson I learned with windows is that if I'm making them larger, I should cut them to a standard size. The custom windows were pretty costly. 🙂
Ms Nicole, I'm curious, so what's the end game are you going to use this as like a winter vacation home or will you resell them or do Air Bnb? BTW things turned out fantastic, the tile color is what I would've chosen as it doesn't show dirt.
