SQUIRREL HUNTING: USDC COMP HUNT

We had a great time filming this hunt. We learned so much about the competition side of squirrel hunting. Although we didn't tree that many squirrels in the hunt it was still a blast to see these dogs work. Thanks to Dayton Mountain Hound Association for inviting us to the event. Good video. Wish more comp hunts were filmed like this. I think more people would show up seeing this side of it. A lot of time it’s talked about online it’s more of a negative. This shows probably more of how it really works.

I can’t get down with these rules a dog can tree slick all day and get circled then mess around and have one at the end of the hunt and win that’s not for me
