Wigan Athletic Cycling Stadium Tour (DW Stadium) - Home of Wigan Athletic FC & Wigan Warriors RLFC

A short 41k round-trip out to the home of Wigan Athletic and Wigan Warriors, the DW Stadium.
Skip to 1:41 if you want to jump straight in for the around-the-ground full loop stadium tour.
In fairness, there isn't a lot to see at the DW in terms of statues (other than Dave Whelan) and other points of interest, so I headed off to the town centre via the canal after doing a loop of the ground.
All in all, a really fun cycle with loads of trails and country lanes - probably not something you'd automatically expect when heading into Wigan.
