I have an identical vacuum and the wheels (? I guess it's the wheels) are squeaking something fierce. Other than that - I LOVE IT! OMG best thing I've bought for my house!
Don't waste your money on this vacuum. I've had the same model for 3yrs now. Samsung has a crappy repair process for robot vacuums. A flat $199 fee just to look at it, plus parts and additional labor. it works fine initially but when it does start to need service, its gonna be frustrating and costly to you.
