Don't forget to clean around the edge of the cap. That rounded rectangle needs to be able to make a perfect suction cup onto the printhead and if there is dried ink on it then it might not function correctly. If it is cracked or damaged then it needs replacement...
You can print regular after this or run a head cleaning. But every time you run a head cleaning the wiper blade cleans the print head. So I would do this after you’re done printing so that way the next day you run a head cleaning the wiper blade is clean
@@t-shirtcrusaders2547 thank you so much! How see thru should a white underbase be? I feel like I have tried everything to get a solid white base without success. Any suggestions?
@@rosalindajaimes3815 gradient white under base is fine if you’re going to put it on a white shirt. Check your settings under white and make sure you choose 100% white under all pixels. If, you have that selected make sure you are shaking your inks and shake your white dampers too because the white ink sits. Then I’d suggest priming the dampers to get the white Ink out from the lines. You can just put all that ink back into the tank. I hope this helps and know it’s a lot of info haha
I pushed the leaver, moved my print head manually but now it won't click back into the original area. HELP now my print head will slam to the left and slam to the right hitting the machine

Is that a giant jug of white hooked up to your CISS?

Your was incredibly helpful! After this can I just print regular or do I run another head cleaning?

Hello
What do you do if you have a clogged tube in the waste ink
Try to pull ink through the line if possible or push some cleaning solution through. If that doesn’t work then you have to replace the ink lines.
Thank you. I will try this 🙏🏽
My wiper blade got stuck how do I get it to pull back down
You just need to push it back down in the original position. But if it doesn’t go down, not sure what the issue would be
how can i move the head drum to the center
When you start up your printer and the head starts to move, unplug your printer and the head will move wherever you want it to
Hello is it ok if my capping station doesn’t have that foam thing ? Is necessary to have one ?
Yes it is necessary to have because it acts as a filter/moisturizer
@@t-shirtcrusaders2547ok thanx I’ll purchase one. How can I remove it if it doesn’t have the little spring thing I’m having issues

I used to do it once a week
I can use distilled water to wet cap?
Yes, you can but it’s best to use a cap station solution. I’d only use distilled water when you’re low or out of solution
How long can I kepp the printer idle with wet capping thanks
I haven’t tried it for no longer than a week. So I couldn’t give you a direct answer. So, 1 week and my printer was fine.
Can i leave the cap station with distilled water while im on hollidays so my orinthead wont clogg?
I personally wouldn't, I would just buy the wet capping solution because thats what its intended for.
where do you get the cleaning solution?
Dtf superstore
Hello! How do I get the print head to move over to the left? I feel like I’m having to force it and I don’t want to break it.
You have to push the power and wait for the print head to slide to the left and then unplug it. That’ll allow the print head to move freely
Thank you so much for the quick response!! It worked! 😊
