I think the sign for 'reserved' (meaning quiet or slow to reveal emotion) here is the sign for APPOINTMENT or RESERVATION. I think a tightly clasped fist to the chest might be more appropriate. Great video though which I use for students. 👍

i have never seen the sign for reserved for that concept.

You are right. Some Deaf people sign that way but I can see how it isn't the best conceptual choice for that word.
