Opinions will vary, but for me Trello is the tool for that purpose. I'm a huge fan of Notion, but I need the checklists and project management in a tool like Trello because I rely on Butler functionality (which is built in to Trello). Some Notion users would argue that it would be better to keep it all in one app, but I actually like keeping the project planning and to-dos out of my Notion environment to be sure they are not lost in the shuffle.

I do a lot of project planning with lots of checklists and time sensitive deadlines. Would you recommend Trello or Notion for this purpose?
