Not going to lie, I was skeptical, but after three mornings of peace and calm, I’m all for this. I have had really bad anxiety all my life, and it’s gotten worse over these past few years. To the point where I felt nauseous and couldn’t breathe almost all of the time. This music has helped so much, more than any medicine or anything honestly. If you are going through this too, just know, every moment matters, and your going to be okay. You are not alone, and someone out there really does care. Thanks for the awesome music ☺️🌅

Thank you for this comment. I literally rush out of bed and feel like that's my entire day of catch up. I can never find a real moment of calm, because even those moments end fast to get back to work or they're just for work and not self. I've aimed to slow my mornings to help and hope music helps.
Sorry for your struggles. Don't overlook the power of meditation, it has helped me greatly to stay focused and out of my head, more than usual. The more I practice the more peace I feel daily.
I wish more people listened to media like this instead of all of the negativity. I guess it's easy to get caught up in the negativity. Don't let it consume you.

I haven't slept in 2 days. It's currently 7:08 AM, and I have to finish my Essay in the next 3 hours for my online class.
So I searched "wake up music" and found this. This doesn't make me wanna panic away the sleep. This makes me want to rest... deeply. This music feels like it has compassion for my suffering. I just want to live now, I don't want my stressful life anymore. I think I'm gonna stop abusing myself. I'm gonna tell my girlfriend the truth about how I've been feeling inside.

I’ve been so tense, depressed, and anxious lately and it’s absolutely miserable but this reminded me that the world is so big and there is so much out there to see still. So many happy emotions to feel still. So many people to meet still. My problems exist within my own headspace.

I couldn't sleep last night and just got 1-2 hours sleep as anxious and worrying about dad's 75th birthday today with thoughts bothering me but listening to this made me feel better. Thank you again ♥️
