Looking forward to seeing finished product. I would like to see the process too. This is great. I am wondering if bunk beds would fit. Instead of twin beds. For parents and children.

Looks like a grand plan! I would say that a window in the bathroom or shower is always nice for ventilation, though. You can always frost it if you are concerned about privacy.
