Crunchy & Chewy Cracked Rice Bread with Black Sesame Seeds

This bread is found in lots of bakeries in Korea, and we call it "Kkaechalppang".
With "kkae" meaning sesame seeds, "chal" being "chewy, and "ppang" translating as "bread" , you will see why this bread is aptly named when you try it.
