I have a very small o gauge layout, but would like to get into ho or n scale for something different. The n scale is great for small tight spots, but still manageable handling- wise. Thats why I'm looking into it. Thanks for a great video! Best of luck to you!
Congratulations, Doug! Welcome onboard the model railroading trip, I'm very much looking forward to watching how this grows into a village, spooky or otherwise. As you know I've been a railroad modeler for a long time, and a Halloween villager for almost 20 years now, and I find they very much go together. You're creating your own world in both cases and the many factors of how you do that bring me so much enjoyment. You'll love it!
Good to see your train review. I hope you enjoy it. N can be a lot more detailed than it used to be but it can get almost as pricey as HO. I have an On30 Christmas set from Bachmann. It’s O scale but is narrow gauge, so it will run HO tracks. This is a smaller footprint than full O gauge tracks.
Very cool …I’ve been wanting to do a Christmas train set up for the last several years but I never get around to it. I’ll definitely do it this year. Thanks for the inspiration!🎅
Making a village in order to work out building an actual layout. Got train set used for 20AUD, may not use much of the trackage as the smeghead who packed the set ruined a lot of it. Also needs new couplers.

Oh I love it!!!! I love trains and that's perfect for a village. Enjoy it Doug.
Awesome - enjoyed your train review. Wish I had a large area to do something like that.
it would be nicer to have more space yes but I'm happy i have room to set a village up now!
Just picked up one myself as well as a couple of Katos and plan to unbox and set them
Up on my channel. Great job

Bought that same train for my Halloween village man. Worked very well. I'll have to post a video for people to check out.

Interior decor for fun! Since posting this video though I've decided to not go crazy with model trains, at least not just yet!
