- This week I'm upping my Unicorn game to bring you another version of Unicorn Cupcakes but this time they have cute little magical horns and cute little ears AND super special swirly whirly pastel buttercream...so dreamy!

the clingwrap icing trick is GENIUS!!! no more trying to awkwardly smush different colours into a bag :D
have you seen kawaiisweetworld's rainbow swirl cupcakes??? she uses the same technique and it is super mesmerizing!!

Thank you so much for sharing the three colour buttercream technique. I've always struggled to get the constant colour mix with my cake as the separate colours don't flow properly in the bag therefore the first batch of my cakes have one colour, second batch have the two tone mixture and the last batch have one colour again. The cling film technique looks so much easier and consistent, thanks once again jemma for sharing your amazingness.

I am going to make something like these cupcakes tomorrow for an adult birthday party and I just wanted to check out some videos to see how everyone was doing it. Yours is the first I have watched and I love your method, I use it when I use Russian piping tips when loading the bag. Less trouble and less mess..YOu are one of my favorite people on RUclips!

I made these today but I didn't do the unicorn horn but the colourful icing turned out beautiful and I'm definitely not a skilled baker like Jemma , your unicorn cupcakes turned out so pretty and looked so yummy xx

Becca3389 You can cut the foil short before putting it into the piping bag or you have such short piece of foil that it opens indide before the star tip
just a small twist enough to be untwisted when she squeezed from the top... :D

I made them for my 7yr old granddaughter turned out really well .only thing being we live in Capetown South Africa and the icing didn't turn out as well as yours it was fine when I made it but it's warm here and the icing went soft because my hands were warm. Next time will have to refrigerate it first I think but all your recipes work out beautifully thank you for being there in my hairy moments . You are my go to lady xxxx🤗
