The first games graphics look better to me
In The Amazing Spider-Man 1, the more you get hit, the clothes start to tear. But it takes a while

In tasm 1 it’s more of a style thing. So you can choose to wear a damaged suit or wear the normal one
Before insomniac Spider-Man i used to play both tasm Spider-Man game's man i miss those days

Love the suit damage effects in both games. The combat for the first one was good but the 2nd one was a downgrade. But the finishers in both games are dope. Even the stealth.
I prefer amazing Spider-Man since it has better boss fights combat and stealth takedowns
I honestly like the fact the camera is close to Spiderman in amazing spider man it's cool it's almost like a first person view
So, Basically the camera angle while swinging in tasm 1 is more cinematic and on the other hand swinging physics is more realistic in tasm 2 coz web goes to the building's walls that helps spider man to swing and it makes more sense comparitively tasm1 swinging physics where web goes directly in sky and let spider man to swing💀

You can rappel in TASM 1, you just gotta stop yourself from swing foward.
Simply pull back on the movement button/stick whilst swing. It's hard to do when spidey won't stop swinging, but it can be done

I'm actually waiting The Amazing Spiderman 2 to come I ordered it from GameStop I've played part 1 before but I've never played part 2.
Tasm 1 my first spider man game, and my favourite
Even though Tasm1 webs don’t stick to buildings when swinging it’s a better game than Tasm 2
you got something wrong the suit damaging detail exists in tasm1 and even looks better towards in the end of the game the suit is teared
I'll stick with the T.A.S.M 1.
The second game could have way more potential if they had just put more time and effort in it.
it was good, just the graphics and AI made it a mess. also they may have removed the horrible Task Force score or something

I wish spiderman had a utility belt in the new game for refilling his webs. Its really dumb how it runs out in the new one and just slowly buils up without any animations.

Man I really wish I could play the first TASM game I've played the second one but never got to play the first
I wish I still had both games, I forgot who I gave them too but it was before Insomniac made their Spider-Man game, then I saw the amazing Spider-Man games at my local game store but both were $30 each, maybe next time I'll pick them up

At this point, I think we should all agree that The Amazing Spider-Man 2 game was a very lazy game in all aspects. Story, gameplay, graphics, illumination... everything was awful, but I couldn't see this when it launched. Talking about story, it can even be canon (I really don't know if it is, I'm just saying that it may be), because it's very well written and it doesn't hurt the story made in the movies. For me, Bully Maguire looks at TASM 2 game and says "You're trash"

You have to buy physical copies of them, Tasm 1 is on ps3/xbox 360 while tasm 2 is ps3/ps4/xbox 360/xbox one. Out you can just emulate them, hope this was useful.👍
