    This is a pretty blanket!
    It on my list to make.
    FYI it’s very helpful to place in text the yard weight, how many yds, the hook sizes & also the stitch count ( 2 count or 4 count repeat) etc.
    makes it easier for beginner and regular hookers. As this help get organized to begin the project. Thank you.
    Big user of Red Heart yarn.
    Yesterday I purchased more ‘With Love’. Think I’ve got a my pattern now!

    Very pretty stitch,and yes I think you could of done a little more detail in the showing,May be hard the follow if you are new to crocheting. I did mine without putting the chain 1 in between the 2 dc's and it turned out great! Thank-you!

    Love the pattern, but disappointed that you didn't keep to the written pattern (or alter it to reflect that you removed the sc between the dc's to make a V stitch). I am an intermediate crocheter, so made the adjustment. You should also have mentioned to crochet the last dc in the third stitch of the turning chain. Again, useful for the beginning crocheter so they don't get a wonky looking edge. Otherwise, very nice pattern that works up quickly:)

    • @tobyredhead4054
      @tobyredhead4054 6 лет назад +3

      Mary Avalos You probably have the answer by now. I think it would be depending on how tightly you crochet. If it isn’t you can always add a pretty border to make it bigger.

    • @destinimurphy398
      @destinimurphy398 6 лет назад

      Mary Avalos I'm making it at that size now. It is a decent size but will be very small. Maybe a car seat blanket. I'm 5 rows in and I think I'm just going to go with a different pattern.

    Your video and the written pattern do not agree. The pattern calls for a chain 1 for in between the V stitch, while your video did not do this. Plus, in the written pattern did you really mean for row 7 through 21 to just be the V stitch? So the alternating V stitch and Puff stitch are only on the ends?

    • @AllFreeCrochet
      @AllFreeCrochet  6 лет назад

      Hi Sue,
      Yes, the puff stitch is at the ends of the pattern - though of course you can modify it any way you choose.
      And thanks for catching that - the written instructions should match our video instructions - I'll make sure to update the pattern on the site. Thanks!

    Just an FYI, the video doesn’t exactly match the pattern . The written pattern is correct. Also she crochets very loosely. If you crochet tighter than this your finished throw will be smaller.
    Another FYI, It’s not a good idea to use a pattern that has an lacy or open work type of stitch that leaves a hole. Little fingers and toes can get caught in the holes and cut of circulation.
