Dude theres a 3rd party tool called lenovo legion toolkit that allows you to adjust the laptop power draw and increase or limit the gpu and cpu watts at will, it even has a custom power mode to save those settings...saving you the issue of tweak the dafault power modes.
@@mosquitobite5579 I saw someone with the same laptop but with a Ryzen 7 cpu and 32gb ram, and he easily maxes the game out everything turned on and he gets a consistent 70-80 fps

vram is the problem. 6GB is definitely not enough. At higher textures and with RT on, the framerate could suddenly drop to 30
