Lovely video.. ❤ I have lost all of my confidence. I have gained a lot of weight in past few years. I used to be a working women but due to so many health issues I am not working anymore. I don't socialize much as I am an introvert. And due to my weight I have lost all of my confidence I used to have then. I don't meet people coz I think they will judge me, they will laugh at me and all. But this video gave me so much motivation. Thank you so much ❤

This was such an insightful video, Abhinya. Especially the part when you said Aap logon ke Mann se baat kijiye... Ya, nowadays house maids are all well groomed.They are always wear good clothes, sarees etc.Even my house maid she is nearly 50 years of her age and goes to beauty parlour with her daughters and herself also gets groomed.Where as I am now 65 years old and always in a gown at home as I find it easy to carry.But one point I noticed that if you have people , relatives or guest coming frequently to your place,you just have to keep yoursel,f presentable.I don't know why we miss to be presentable for ourselves.Now watching your video ladies will take care of themselves,I mean 😊 try to look good for themselves.Thanks a lot.
i am so happy to hear your thoughts on this which is so true n represents majority of the population. this looking presentable applies equally to men too not specific to one gender. if comfortable is the word, you may wear some loose fit salwaw kameez too. they look fantastic.

What you said about talking to people..mann se baat karo, is something that my daughter keeps telling me, that we shouldn't ask or comment on the physical aspects of anyone. Things I'm learning from my daughter are so similar to everything you said. I've been a homemaker for the past 25 years now and for the past 5 years I'm doing everything on my own without a maid. I've lost my confidence and motivation to do anything now. Self care and grooming are things just not happening. Don't know how to begin to restart taking care of myself.
I can understand and it's okay.. it happens with e everyone. You can just start by having a routine for yourself in the morning. I believe your kids are all grown up, atleast not dependent on you for basic needs.. you can have time for self care. One step at a time 🙂
