    How to get better a apex:
    1:Shake your screen because you dont have aim assist
    2.Act like your hacking

    Ill try this but I highly doubt my aim will improve for any length of time. I already do a 45 minute warmup everyday. I have a few good days with my good aim then it goes back to trash

    • @Hybridify

      Try to figure out what you're doing differently on those days when you feel like your aim is on point. Eating, sleeping right can play a big role in overall consistency. And mental state as well, if you get on frustrated or stressed/anxious it can show in your gameplay. And know that the amount of bad days decrease over time, or at least the ones you have will be much better as you improve over time.

      I seen massive improvement over the last 2 weeks. Overnight ive somehow regressed and now im playing terrible again. Went from 5-8 kills every game to 0-1 and less than 100 damage, losing every fight

    Holy crap! Nice aim! Subbed. Man i have an issue, I am using the sensitivity I used for 5 years and for a while back in the pubg days I was at the semi pro skill level and when I was really good at battlefield (most days 3.5-4.5 kd. I didn't have a job but I played a lot and practiced a lot more like 12 hours a day. I'm a casual player now but my sensitivity feels so uncomfortable. I have to think about aiming. Afraid of switching it because this is the sensitivity I used when I was at my best, but idk. Tracking feels impossible. Idk what to do. I want to be more consistent. I hate my logitech mouse too. G102 with a paracord mod. Back in the day I used deathadder. It was awesome. But it was too heavy. Can't figure out how to hold my mouse or how to sit. I can only track okay when my arm is fully extended to the right and there is a slight amount of tension in my wrist and I use my wrist but it is fatiguing. Idk. I'm just bad now. Afraid of switching sens because I don't practice anymore and practice is what made me good. Idk how I tracked on this sens before. It's too fast. Maybe it's the way I'm holding my mouse and sitting. My edpi is 1359. 450, 3.02, 30 cm 360. For a while I switched between that and 32.7 cm I think it was. I memorized my sens. Flicked and tracked with ease. Now it seems like I can't aim bc I'm tunnel vision too hard. Also I switched from a 27 inch monitor to a 24 inch monitor. Idk if that could be the case. My sens feels so fast and out of touch. Like I can never get a grip or control on it. I'm constantly over shooting. When tracking. Not when flicking

    • @Hybridify
      @Hybridify  3 года назад +1

      Don't be afraid to change sens. You'll adapt a lot quicker than you think. You've already developed a certain amount of mouse control and being able to change sens and adapt shouldn't be too difficult, I've done it numerous times. I've played 29cm, 32cm, 40cm, 43cm, (not in that order) and have performed well on all of them. Its also okay to have a different sensitivity for a different game. Apex has a really high time to kill and a big focus on tracking so adjusting your sens a little bit to match that isn't a bad idea. The other option would be to stick it out and either aim train or practice more and readapt to your same sens. But at the end of the day you want to be comfortable with your peripherals and your sensitivity, so keep that in mind.

      @@Hybridify thanks for replying man. I'll try those things out over the next week or two. I know there's a such thing as a natural sens that is made for your body but It is too slow for my liking which is why I stay fast. It's easy to track but not to do click timing which is my natural aim style. Anyway I'll just stfu and go try now before going on another rant. Thanks man.

    • @Hybridify
      @Hybridify  3 года назад

      @@asianboyyy117 i really don't mind the "rant" haha the whole point is to share and us to be able to discuss. I think once you develop good mouse control, you can perform well on any sens, however there are preferences that most players have. If you still feel like you're over shooting then consider adjusting it slightly and see if that helps. But understand that you're going to have inconsistent days and that doesn't define your aim

    • @asianboyyy117
      @asianboyyy117 3 года назад

      @@Hybridify thanks man. It's hard to not compare myself to how my aim was before. Ultimately I quit because I realized I was "good" for no reason when I didn't wanna try and grind to go pro. A friend I had at the time tried convincing me when we were both semi skill. I watched his lifestyle signing on to different orgs so many times trying to find the right fit. The pressure to perform and decided gaming wasn't a career for me to try at. There was no fulfillment in it for me. He ended up going pro and winning a major it was pretty sick. I wish I could maintain my old skill level.
      A lot of people I knew who I was as good as or were better than me or worse than I was at the time, they ended up quitting too and they retained their muscle memory and skill. I have to basically restart. My kd now is like a 1.5 - 2 on a good day. It sucks. Don't have any game sense from those years, a very small amount of muscle memory when it comes to flicking because I never had to think about it in the first place. Was easy to learn.
      Tracking on slow sens is easy tho too. Maybe I just never tried finding a sens that was my own. Something in the middle that allowed me to do both. I was on the exact same dpi as my aim role model back in the day Rela from BF community. I played at his sens, 30 cm and my own sens after that 33.7 or 32.7 I can't remember. I still have problem with lazy aim. My first shot accuracy is still there but after that it's like my arm is like man this is too much work I'll just chill here. Think it has to do with the way I'm sitting because I notice I put a lot of weight down on my arm and my mouse feels like it's dragging on my mouse mat, where as my grip before when I was good was mostly wrist and fingertip/palm, and I had tension right before my wrist and it made my wrist super springy and light. I tried setting my arm up like COL_Lou and it felt like i was gliding on the pad like I did before but it was my whole arm. Bc it was so light I didn't have much control.
      I think tonight I'll try focusing on my old slightly slower sens, and trying this new arm position closer in vs outward like before. I try and practice recoil patterns for 5-30 minutes everyday now since I just quit my second job a few days ago. [RANT INCOMING] Maybe I'm old school but I don't like the idea of using the strafe to aid in my recoil to initially learn, I think it takes away the freedom of mnk, and as far as I knew before the difference was that the best players mastered the basics and instinctualized them as well as the advanced. That's what I remember from when I was just getting in to gaming at a higher level that there were generally two kinds of players, the ones who had brains and game sense and the ones who were mechanically inclined. I used to have my own 2-4 hours a day training regimen, and every day I would focus on one particularly aspect of mechanics as doing multiple was too much to think about and overwhelming.
      I noticed it was too hard for me to think and out smart someone and it wasn't as fun or easy as hitting good shots. I decided to fuck the people who were saying mechanics don't matter that being smarter works and stuff. I noticed that the more I instinctualized the more options I felt like I had. I learned my game sens through my mechanics by focusing on my strengths and strengthening my weaknesses in mechanical stuff. But now that I don't have that I suck all around again. I can't think if I can't aim and I can't aim. It's a plague. I would much rather be a game sense kind of guy. Anyway I think using little tricks like the strafe recoil is not raw enough to learn. Isolating as many little skills as much as possible then making them instinct let's me play as free as possible. But it's not like I'm gonna try and get back into it so maybe I should be fine with a certain skill level and just enjoy where I'm at and use the little tricks that allow let me be slightly better. My problem is always trying to improve even when there is no point long term 😅. Anyway yeah man ur aim Is crazy.

      @@asianboyyy117 I mean improvement for improvement's sake is it's own reward in my opinion. Even if you don't go pro or decide not to stream/make content out of it, being really good is fun in my opinion. My competitive nature drives me to want to improve more and more every day, and that being a goal in itself helps to keep me motivated.
      It sounds like you have the brain and dedication to become better based on your training regimen, it's possible that your reaction time and aim just isn't what it used to be as you've aged, and without constant practice, you've lost some of that edge you used to have. I mean shroud is pushing 30 and still dominating in FPS games. I think the factors like game sense will develop the more you play a certain game, because play styles have changed and with the implementation of SBMM, you often face a lot more skilled players more often. The aim I think you can practice and you won't have to resort to things like using strafing to counter recoil, or mirroring/lazy aiming, for example. Sometimes it's pretty good to use those techniques, especially when people aren't expecting it, but it seems like you have a good understanding how to separate your aim from your movement and maximize your damage output while minimizing your damage taken.
      To me it seems like you've still got the brain of a semi-pro/pro player. Just have to get that rust off and you'll be golden again!
      And thanks for the compliment! I switched to keyboard and mouse a little under 2 years ago, and I think I've come a long way in my aim and game sense.
      Like I said, stick with it, I think you've still got all the knowledge, you might just have to work a little harder to achieve it than you did a few years back. :)
