Small boat fishing - Rig tying evening - Solent mix species fishing the fingers out of Portsmouth

Enjoyed a fantastic day out with friends from our rig workshops at Trafalgar Wharf Drystack. The weather finally cooperated, and we hit the waters armed with the traces we crafted together. 🎣 Despite not finding that elusive cod, the sunny winter day made it all worthwhile. Our catch included 25 dogfish, 4 rays, 3 whiting, a beautiful Bullhuss, and surprisingly just 1 conger. Here’s to more memorable day afloat 🎣
