  • Mixing your starter for your baking recipe is easier than you think!!
    Here is a simple example: Say you need 1500g of starter for your recipe….
    You would take 500g from your main starter, and mix it with 500g of water and flour to make 1500g in total weight. 🌾💦
    Because you’re using equal parts of mother + water + flour, your starter will mature in approximately 4 hours. You want to see at least double in volume before you use your starter.
    Once at least doubled, it is ready to use in your baking recipe.
