Good stuff
I'm studying my 1st year in accounting and finance at university.
Online lessons suck 😅
That's great you have a double major!
@@FinancialMatter Lol, here in the UK double majors aren't too common.
Accounting and finance is one degree.
What are classes like in the US? Here we have 6 modules(classes) in our first year.
My friend in Michigan is doing a Physics degree but has Biology, chemistry and physics classes.
I'm confused 😅😅😅
Also did you get your degree in accounting or was it a double major?

Classes in the US are usually first general requirements and then classes get more specific as you progress in college. I majored in accounting and with a minor as well.
@@FinancialMatter Nice!
I'm going to apply for some summer internships.
I hope companies actually hire this year. 😅
@@TheOriginalPain18 Good luck on applying!
I remember I applied to 50+ internships and received only a handful of offers. It helps to keep a tracker of which internships you applied for, who the contact person is, etc.
Im a commerce graduate but i dont have any experience in accounting field.. Now im trying to find a job as an accountant.. What are the basic knowledge i need to know to become an accountant?? Please help me
Some basic knowledge would be intro to accounting (intro classes teach you the basics such as debit/credit, financial statements, etc). Most of the learning is on the job learning / training though!
@@FinancialMatter basically internships
You will need to learn basic bookkeeping skills. I suggest to learn a little about the software that is called quick books. Famiarize with it and then you can claim that you have experience and knowledge using quick books. I have shared ideas for 5 alternative career change for accountants.
