When i watch this, i feel happy. If you followed them since the beginning then you see how it came full circle. From there early days as a bunch of kids playing good hard music to the final shows. They grew up, and everything comes to an end eventually. I'm just happy i went along for the 10+ year ride. thanks alexisonfire for being a major part of my youth and life in general.
This song changed my whole view on music when young 16 year old me got the album back in 2002. they always had a unique sound.. the self titled album is a beast of a record. kennedy curse is the track with the most balls imo.. this and polaroids of polar bears are right behind it tho.
saw them in London ON for this tour; no one knew them. shit was tight. talked with all of them except george was sick. It was the drummer's birthday. Last one i met was the singer(growls) on stage for the opening song and dove into the crowd.
I agree. This band was one of the best in it's prime. Dallas went on to start City and Colour. Your right Dallas wanted to do acoustic shit (which he does pretty well i might add) He's the reason i started guitar. Oh and it's a plus that our name's are so close.
Alexisonfire, was an excellent band, they played good, the voices were good too, even their image was fine, now we had such things like Falling In reverse, and it's a shame because ronnie used to rock a lot.
What a band. I should some tape footage that I have of this band back in our hometown St.Catharines, On. 2001 @ the hideaway, Death from above, Spitalfield, Dear jane I and I believe 789.
Steele is having problem with his amp and then the band holds pretty much a long time without him.. when Dallas starts to sing, something is wrong again... unfortunately they weren't able to perform at their best :(
That man has mastered the art and skill of tearing shirts. He tried to rip through a thick sweatshirt during the show I went to, reluctantly he didn't success. I'm not holding it against him though.
Without Dallas there would be no Alexisonfire, don't get me wrong i love the others and they have got some serious talent especially george's screamo, but dallas's voice and guitar technicality have no words to describe how good they are, best today in my opinion, it's hard to find anyone as good or better. He has been in Alexisonfire for so long maybe they ALL agreed on a change for a bit to try their own things and who knows they may get back together, you don't have an idea what was agreed.
Of course I miss Alexisonfire but City and Colour made me a better person, more calm and fun to talk too. Every time I put on Alexisonfire I just rock the hell out. To the people saying Dallas sucks now, how? You're calling him shit while there is Justin Bieber, One Direction and every other shitty modern pop and rap artist.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 he couldn’t hulk up enough that night huh
this is the song i thought of when the grade 12's left
i dont know why but i think its a sad song but happy at the same time
I wish they did more like this.
Farewell show was played at Copps.
💜
3:20 is the time you scream and freaking out AF! good times
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
perfect
I still don't understand why dallas plays the high notes low in the beginning
Roboc4t I think it ruined the whole song. My favourite part is the epic 2 minute intro
Tbh, I like it, it adds a lot of sadness to the song
Quantas camisas o george rasgou só nesse show ?
Uma por música hahaha
I think because they were having technical difficulties with Chris' Bass rig.
👏👏💥💣🇧🇷

I love how all of them look more crazy these days (Wade esp.) and Dallas looks like he should have a pipe and slippers :P
SKRAMZ GANG
SAMI ZAYN!
Or his mic
What was dallas pissy about ???
He couldn't just take his shirt off.
what's wrong with the bass lol
you got time?
man dallas was really lacking emotion in his voice near the end of AoF
Yeah, same sensation here. Too bad they had broken apart, but, honestly, better when they're in the top of our minds.
Poor dal the first line he couldn't hear shit
It's his style bro.
destreoy that shirt bby
Man George really lost the fuck out of his singing voice. What was Dallas saying at the end about "always the fuckin same"?
no se si darle like o dislike
Or maybe he just evolved and realized he didn't want to be doing Alexis songs when he was 40....
