Same here, no response. They even told me off on Instagram when I complained about not getting any info via emails. I was very professional and courteous both times!
Sometimes yes, but many times it's because they want you to contact them and open up a dialogue. Especially true of B2B companies vs B2C ones with 'click to buy' options. Expensive is relative however. As a paperweight yes, as a non-Chinese hot foil machine? No, it's actually very good value I think.

Does this work with a t slot and t slot letters as well?
As in a T slot for a wallet? Not sure what a t slot letter is
Would you recommend this one above the Dream Factory one that includes the clicker function? I am currently in the market for one.
I haven't used the Dream Factory to compare I'm afraid. But I will say 'jack of all trades, master of none'.

Thank you. I have it set so that the piece I am foiling is just below eye level. This allows me to view the whole process.

It should do, but that would have more to do with the foil and it's adhesive backing.
Hi I am struggling to find a machine that can hot stamp my logo. My logo is 246mm x 74 mm. can you sugest a machine that can do this.

I think you're going to need some kind of press at that point as most hot foil machines aren't designed to cope with a surface area that large.
