I ended up in west central FL in ‘16 - I used to watch Unsolved Mysteries religiously back in the 90’s 😂 Long before I came here, this house in Clermont & another one in Lake Wales were on my list to go drive by and see, because of that show lol.
Great video about this, thanks! It’s sad that his murder is still not solved.

Simple, but deep story; fully plausible. We rented a very haunted house when I was in elementary school, so a long time ago, but with the characteristics that became commonly known: unexplained scratching noises; very cheap rent compared to others, and whatever it was there, persisted; long after we moved out and decades later, I was lucky enough to get a look inside from the current renter. Vernice gentleman and family, and lots of religious icons. But I could still feel the presence and I knew it was aware of me. Not going back!

Thanks, DAD. Very intriguing story, as usual. I’ll just say this: There’s NO statute of limitations on murder, whoever did it. SOMEbody knows something. It’s very, very rare that a murder is committed, that the perp doesn’t wind up confessing or at least hinting, to someone, about what they did, to try and assuage their guilt. Whether that person chooses to reveal what they know, is another matter.

❤ your channel. I heard this story when I was a child and always wondered about it. It happened in Buford, Georgia. It was in the 1800s . A school teacher was at home sitting at her desk grading papers. Her husband snuck up behind her and stuck her in the back with scissors. The man that worked for my dad sworn he saw that lady every rainy day from the school bus window. This was in the 60s. The building was turned into apartments, but nobody would rent that apartment. I always wanted to know more. This is all the information I remember.

This is one strange and twisted tale.
Edit: I just watched the Unsolved Mysteries episode. Season 4 episode 7. The episode tells a slightly different version of the events. After watching the episode I don't believe the Farris family had anything to do with the murder. I think Mr Harden was involved in something or perhaps discovered something that got him killed. As for the dreams, June could have psychic abilities she's unaware of and the dreams were premonitions but she didn't know to interpret them as such. I think watching the Unsolved Mysteries episode may give you a different perspective on this story. But there are still a lot of unanswered questions.

Well if "ghosts" are not truly part of this world/universe, then it stands to reason that they are outside of time, so it's very possible that a soul of a deceased person went back in time to seek the help of the next home owner. But this is definitely a case of Occam's Razor. Before we can talk about a time traveling soul, we need to rule out the plausible, which is nicely laid out in this video.

That was suspicious indeed. This June seems very suspect I must say. Unrelated to this story though, I have myself experienced Deja Vu about a place , it was super odd. I went to a place called Ludlow, I had never been before . I knew it had a castle and seen pictures of the castle online , however hadn't seen anything other than that, and didn't look at where the castle was or how to get there, but I knew exactly where everything was. I believe Stephanie Harlowe did a RUclips video on her channel. She focuses mostly on the murder and the deceased person's life. It sounds like the murder may have been linked to a union because the man did contracting with non-union workers. I have lived my whole life in Florida and years ago a woman shot and killed her abusive husband. She was sent to jail. The house was up for sale. I was out one night with friends. We pulled in the driveway and I was so creeped out-I just wanted to get far away from it. As it turned out someone did buy the house and I heard they were quite unhappy when they eventually found out what had happened there. Who needs that trouble in their life. One of three things are happening here.
    1. The whole story is fake.
    2. A whole lot of crazy stuff is going on.
    3. Mommy June has got some splaining to do.
Or if you want a fourth possibility...The Pot in that area must be some good stuff lol.

That is weird that she would buy a house where the owner was murdered and she had met him!
