    Great cng, good engine improvement and good old bad customer service. Tata is consistent in all 3 of those.

    I would go for the TATA any day if safety is on my top list specially with factory fitted CNG instead of spending my coins on after market CNG for sure and the way they manage the space on the back that's fantastic and so many car manufactured will follow up eventually

    I will still choose the diesel powertrain over NA petrol, Turbo Petrol and i-CNG for Altroz.

    This car probably would sell well in Brazil if the price was right, we already have a lot of CNG here but it would also need to support running on ethanol.
    Ethanol would give a little more power than petrol.

    I would disagree in that part where you said the engine hasn't been improved in terms of refinement. They worked on it and it shows. I have plugged my earphones on and heard the engine sound and it was way more silent than before.
    Performance may not be great, but NVH levels have been improved.

    Can you get an update regarding the re- testing of the CNG tanks after 2 years. How TATA is going to manage the testing of CNG tanks, since it's welded on the platform. Can do the CNG tanks testing in the TATA service centers....!!!!!

    Surprisingly our Market Leaders Maruti and Hyundai never thought of twin cylinders CNG technology...they were busy developing Useless electronic features but never thought of giving a thought on such technology which could make the dicky of CNG cars useful.....But TATA has addressed it brilliantly👍👍🙏

    They should have retuned the engine for better refinement and little more power. Apart from it everything looks amazing.

      See the other videos, Altroz's engine for bs6 phase 2 has been made better, both refinement and vibration has been improved, don't agree what he said...I completely disagree what he said in the video about the engine. See other videos of it you will get to know.

    That meter console was given to tiago , Nexon and now to altroz also... such a piece of crap.. also with the previous bs4 engine ,many users are complaining that it simply lacks the power to pull the car.now dont know how it will be with less power than usual...73ps...

    In Maruti , cng car is approx 100kg heavier than identical spec petrol only model. 2 smaller cng tanks would be more heavy than total capacity single tank. More mass is never good.

    Better engine with more power would be needed to convince more people to buy, otherwise diesel is the best option for now.

    If I am getting the CNG i would any day go for the Suzuki cars. Their petrol engines are so much more efficient and smoother than that of the Tata’s or Hyundai’s or any of the manufacturers. Because being a CNG car, it will be mostly used occasionally. For longer journeys people will rely on the petrol engines and that’s where suzuki comes in with it’s efficiency even in petrol.

    I bought this car last Friday
    Steering: very heavy to handle, worst than Diesel ones
    Cabin silence: worst, engine noise inside cabin
    Gear Rod: not up to mark, Vibration in gear rod
    Overall underpowered vehicle compared to its size & weight

    Why are cars tested with only a driver & why not do it with 5 Adult passengers with AC fully on with normal stop & go traffic rather than empty roads !Then one will know how it pulls,handling & mileage

    Because of 3 cylinder this car is not picking up pace in terms of sales
    Tata motors should add 4 cylinder engines and cng cars should always start in petrol otherwise engines life will degrade in long term

    Instead of cng, efforts should be to make electric more affordable. Because CNG isn't cheap either. It costs about same as petrol or diesel (except cities like delhi). You may get 8-10KM extra range but there will be a big compromise on performance and features. On the other hand electric gives same (or even more power) with 1/10th the cost per km. Yes initial investment is high but its worth it. Tata should've brought altroz EV with same range as tiago below 10L. Not all can afford a nexon ev or ev max.

      Electricity is only cheap today because you are paying taxes on Fuel. The day fuel sales drop and people consume more electricity, you'll find yourself paying for expensive electricity because the Government wants that sweet sweet tax and they'll get it anyhow.

      In my state for cng it's 72 rs and petrol is 96
      24 rupees is a lot and you get extra 10km mileage as well. Also there are many cng stations available throughout the country The same cannot be said for EVs so no range anxiety as well.

      As the time passes, we will be moving towards alternative sources of fuel like wind or nuclear. So electricity costs will become 1/10th of what its now.
      Btw, in tier 2 and 3 cities. CNG stations are not much either. On the other hand EVs give more power and range and you can charge an EV pretty much anywhere. The same can't be said about cng

    Electric is equally polluting.. hybrid and hydrogen fuel should be the way forward in cars.. CNG is okay

      No brother. It is a misconception. Hydrogen fuel requires a lot of electricity to produce and then to compress. Also a lot of energy is lost inside the car when hydrogen fuel cells produce electricity. Storing that electricity to directly drive the car is much more efficient and less polluting.

      What a load of bs! Electrics only con is lithium battery and you mine it only once for the car. Petrol and diesel cars cuz pollution throughout their lives. If we produce green energy then 90 percent of the ev car is fully green.
