    Sorry for the messy garage, choppy footage, etc. I have no aspiration to be a youtuber or shill; I noticed in the forums that people wished there were better instructions on how to install this kit.
    Here's the link to their fork inserts: www.tuscanyrac... (can't make this link clickable without verifying my youtube account). They make the fork into a two-chamber setup to help avoid bottoming out and also add 1cm of travel to them.

      In the video, you'll notice the stock spacer tubes at the top are really long (8"). These "good pression" kits replace part of that space with a pneumatic shock insert. It is very similar to a progressive fork spring but done pneumatically and turns your spring/compression into a 2-stage system with a soft early stage of compression followed by a stiff finishing stage to prevent you from bottoming out. I should have shown it in the video, but if you look at Tuscany's product picture, the inside cylinder compresses.
