I wondered how you were going to deal with the excess eyeshadow. The pointed cotton swab with makeup remover to “clean up” the eye is brilliant. It’s a far better technique than using tape or a piece of cardboard or other techniques I’ve seen. Brava!
I purchased the ND Retro palette during Sephora's second 20% off sale and I'm so nervous to try it! I'm praying that my eyes don't react to certain pigments in the shadows. I'm happy to see this palette working for you. The shades look stunning on your eyes!!! Edit: The entire look is GORGEOUS! You look amazing in that dress!
