He only trained a few months for the Arnold Classic as well.
4 months of training and beat the best in the world, shutting up all doubters and solidifying his use of the title "World's Strongest Man". There's a lot of men in this world, not enough grown men and only one Mark Henry.

Mark was the strongest man to ever live pound for pound, drug free his entire life and all of his raw records still stand and all of his lifts done in drug tested contests and the ONLY powerlifter or bodybuilder that welcomed any organization to test him at ANY time without notice and that’s on record. He has the highest pull and snatch and deadlifts ever CLEAN, no drugs or growth hormone steroids or compression or super suits either! All lifts in a regular singlet with a t-shirt. Everybody’s lifts that are above his total in the snatch and clean, deadlift, bench press and overhead press and the clean and jerk are drug and super suit or compression suit assisted and this is all documented, not opinion, but fact! Many all good in powerlifting but are weak in the weightlifting or weak in strong man which are 3 distinctly different types of contests and lifting and Mark is the ONLY man that became world champion in all 3 and a top 10 Olympic lifter as well and it’s also documented that LITERALLY everyone that beat him as an Olympian was on drugs, the Olympic committee found this out after urine analysis doe on a and b sample that had been hidden or an attempt to dilute them which is why he was the only athlete calling for drug testing g at the olympics when they were not testing bodybuilding and some of the guys admitted to him that they knew how to get past the test to make it look as they were clean by using drugs masking agents in the 90s and it all turned out to be true after investigations which is why he quit competing in the olympics because they for so long had refused to clean up the sport of the olympics. Literally the strongest human to ever live and still to this day NO ONe has matched his totals CLEAN and drug free or without the assist of the super suits or bench and deadlift suits. This is not hyperbole this is documented and widely known. Also to this day no one else has ever been the world champion in ALL the different styles of lifts accept him AND then to hold ALL the titles at the SAME time will NEVER. E done again!

Mark Henry didn't play around! It was real inspiring watching him throw some crazy weight around. One of my top favorite strongmen especially transitioning over to wrestling for a bit.
What makes it even better is he never took steroids
They ran their mouths in a magazine about him being a fake strong man so she left wwf , showed up and kicked their asses.
