    There's a fantastic bike cafe just outside Reeth that does fantastic food that I found last year if you visit that area again. It was in October last year that I drove up the Buttertubs & had to stop for a herd of young bullocks coming down "A bit temperamental said the farmer" Love your videos especially the ones in Northern Spain. If you also go a little further west to Sedbergh, Cautley Spout is I believe the UKs highest multidrop falls at around 600ft. Ingleton Waterfall trail down from Ribblehead is also worth a visit.

    • @ExtremeMotorhomingAdventures
      @ExtremeMotorhomingAdventures  3 года назад +1

      Thanks for the tip, I've just googled the Cafe at Reeth and looks good. We've still more to explore in the area so the next time we are there we'll definitely give it a try👍 Northern Spain was a great trip, it was our first visit there and it massively exceeded all expectations. Cheers...Andy&Michelle

    You 2 are keen. That is some climb from Hawes to the top of Dentdale and a bit of a sharp bridge in the dip. Always amazed to see the engineering that went into the Ribblehead Viaduct. Fantastic video. Must take that route more often but in the car 🤣🤣

      @@ExtremeMotorhomingAdventures The Tour de France went over the Buttertubs Pass. As soon as you left the site and turned right you were on the TDF route. You followed it over the Buttertubs Pass and down through Muker, you left it when you turned right to go over Askrigg Moor. I was born in Askrigg but now live in Hawes. Glad you liked the area.

    Hardraw Force also featured in the Kevin Cosner film Robin Hood Prince of Thieves for the shower scene, I have been there several time on the Pennine Way and also visited it again last year 2021, when I hiked from Darlington to Richmond via Barnard Castle, Middleton in Teesdale, High Force, Dufton, Appleby, Kirkby Stephen, Gardale Head, Hawes, Hardraw Falls, Gayle, Bainbridge, Asygarth Falls, Leybourne, Richmond then caught the bus back to Darlington for my return trip back to Essex. Not bad for my 60th Birthday Hike, camping along the way carrying 30kg pack including camera gear, tent, sleeping back and spare clothes.
