    I have been on Kajabi for a while but since I am building a new course on a different domain I am going to have to pay almost 300 USD per month, and this is much more expensive than Thinkific or Teachable.
    A second issue I have is payment integration. The new course will only be sold in Sweden and Kajabi does not support the two biggest Swedish payment options. (Klarna and Swish)
    Being able to have more domains for a lower price with Swedish payment integration is very valuable to me.

    Thank you. I'm using Teachable only because it's my first course. I've done classes but being that it's affordable for me right now, I'm with Teachable. I don't pay anything yet for MailChimp, I haven't reached the threshold yet. Thank you for this video. I downloaded the sales Page but I'm stuck on The Price part. Any way I can get clarity, maybe another video you may have done already. I'm searching your channel as well. Thank you again.

    This is SO timely. Thank you.
    Current plan... With NO list, but a good idea and fresh from a Jeff Walker PLF workshop.
    1. Build list to ~300 in free mailchimp, with a free mailchimp site for lead magnet etc.
    2. Seed launch for live-taught course via Zoom, sold via free mailchimp product/landing page etc.
    3. Use whatever revenue gained from initial seed launch to pay for as much kajabi as I can, to host tidied-up version of seed launch course.
    4. Move list of ~300 to Kajabi (gotta be easier to do than 300k...) and keep working it hard to build it.
    Tempting to use teachable to host initial (beta) run of course... But I'm sure Kajabi is the way to go in the end. So let's make ONE move as quick as I have some payment to do it with...

    I’m about to use kajabi. I’m just in the process of getting all the necessary information together. So I’m making a list of what I need and creating these things so in can drop them into the Kajabi templates. Do you have a basic list of what I’ll need? Big question, I know but a bit of a guide would be great. Just so I don’t waste time working through the process of launching and have to stop all the time to go and create a video, an piece of copy, take a photo, create an email etc....Or is that what the 28day training covers?

  • @StevenMelin
    @StevenMelin 4 года назад +4

    Kajabi can’t split revenue with additional instructors, so that was a dealbreaker for me! Teachable has some rough edges, but I definitely prefer it. Both sites require a basic level of HTML to customize pages, which is a huge con for me, but a necessary evil to make these pages look better than the default templates.

      Graham Cochrane Both Kajabi & Teachable have affiliate programs, but Kajabi doesn’t allow multiple course instructors like Teachable (Teachable calls these Authors). For my brand I work with selling other instructors’ courses, so that’s an important function built-in to the payment processing.

    all is true, Kajabi is great, but.... Kajabi is having issues with email delivery recently. Ppl say 15% lower than separate app. Yesterday Kajabi had huge issue with checkout page. New update killed cold traffic, hundreds complains, ppl losing money. So even inside Kajabi community they start talking about connecting separate convert kit or active campagne and thrive cart. Just to make it all work really well. I love Kajabi too but those issues worry me a bit. So all in one idea is a bit broken. But they might fix it all soon, I hope

      Already use Kajabi email for this business. Open rates went down just a smidge when I moved from ConvertKit. But that's happened every time I've moved from one email provider to another due to the fact that email subscribers inbox filters don't recognize the new email server when you switch so some emails go to their spam. It's silly to dismiss someone's opinion who has spent time & energy learning a variety of platforms and CHOSE THE BEST ONE FOR *HIS* NEEDS.
