i thought i was watching adult swim for a moment, i like the direction cc is going with this.
I love it when absurd humor just goes over people's heads, it's half of what makes it funny is when people getting all fidget-y and agitated because they don't get it.
Is it possible that people got it and still didn't find it funny?
I love it when arrogant people think other people don't get it.
r/iamverysmart
Didn't go over my head, it just wasn't that funny. Execution was also not very good.
I love this. Whoever doesn't is a huge jagoff*
*ok maybe only a little bit of a jagoff
“It’s a ghost!” 😂
ahahahahah. That was one of the better sketches I've seen lately!
holly shit this is soo good!! I need more of this show
RICH FULCHER!!
This belongs on adult swim
"You're like the Woody Allen of science." Lmfao
2:55 "You could get energy from mass, and from mass you could get energy." 😂😂🙈
?
"he loves warcraft by the way" "really? maybe i should look into this guy* hahahaha
Einstein didn't deny quantum mechanics, he denied it's probabilistic nature.
5:17 best part by far
Actually it's E^2 = (PC)^2 + (MC^2)^2
Because photons have energy and momentum but no rest mass
AndroidDoctorr or E= gamma mc^2
the energy of a photon is h over lambda
Actually when the object is at rest, p = 0, and the equation simplifies to E=ymc^2 with y = 1 because v=0. The reason the specific form of E=mc^2 is famous and not the more general E^2=(pc)^2+(mc^2)^2 is because the simplified specific version literally states that mass is a form of energy, and in return that energy can function as mass. Something that's not instantly apparent from the general equation.
The fact that you started with ''actually it's..." implies that one is correct and the other is false, which is not true. Both are correct, one is a specific case of the other. It just happens that the specific case is the more famous one.
Which makes sense because that's usually what happens with equations. The general equations are too complicated or too broad, and specific equations garner fame and popularity because they are so uniquely effective or have a great impact in that specific context. There's a reason the special relativity theory is the one that's often talked about and attempted to explain to audiences. Rarely do they touch the general relativity theory. Cuz gravity.
Fockkk im lost I’m trying find where the clit is but shiiityy this is complicated
The best part was the talk with Einstein during the credits
“That’s how you do it” I’m dead
Very funny in a low key way. I like Rich Fulcher.
best of the season
Shrek 1, Shrek 2, Shrek the third, Shrek 4, theres no shrek 5
Omfg i almost chocked 😂🤣🤣🤣
" well i guess that means thats twice i don't give a shit.
Questionable Science? More like Questionable humor.
Why does the poster say E=MC?
And that's why I don't like cricket.
he didn't deny quantum mechanics he denied its probabilistic approach to reality
Ashish Gupta one thing implies the other, at least if we are talking about modern quantum mechanics.
Bruno Coutinho i think his opposition to quantum mechanics was much more philosophical
Ashish Gupta Sure, but there are equation(or principles) that he didn't agree with.
I'm thinking about quantum uncertainty principle, that can be written as delta_A*delta_B= commutator(A,B)/2 (or something like that.)
He proposed a tough experiment that would violate this (he was wrong).
*something like that because depending if you consider h=1 or not for simplicity this equation might be different, and I don't remember all the factors :P.
i'm familiar with Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle and yes he did try to prove it wrong but not because he disagreed with quantum mechanics but he disagreed with Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics
Ashish Gupta Sure, but this is more than a philosophical disagreement, he disagreed with one equation.
To be fair, he was right that Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics was at least incomplete at the time.
The problem is that he pushed for a deterministic and casual interpretation of quantum mechanics, but determinist and non-determinist versions of quantum mechanics are not mathematically equivalent if you keep causality (and only one universe etc).
Not that at the time we had the math and experiments to discard a deterministic interpretation of quantum mechanics. Not sure if the experiment involving of Bell's theorem happened when Einstein was still alive or not.
E only equals MC squared from particles with mass. The full equation is slightly larger.
@@TheWorldNeverSleeps Oof, E does not equal mc^2+pc.
E^2 = (pc)^2 + (mc^2)^2 You can only take the square root like you did, if you get rid of that plus sign first. You can do so by either setting m or p equal to 0. Hence the equations for massless and motionless particles. E=pc for photons, E=mc^2 for particles at rest.
@@TheWorldNeverSleeps Cheers!
im screaminggg the albert dude liked me on this dating website... I.....
Comedy Central did a great job. Now no one will study science anymore
I think Nityanana watched this video . Emceeeeee
Nicey nicey zoo zoo!
Pot brothers dad lmao
Im tripping
This was disturbingly not funny.
( it did not go over my head)
Wow! Big departure for CC...not great comedy, but great information! And amusing.
I did not know that Einstein is still alive
This is so shit, but I love it so much.
Funniest shit I've ever seen 😂😂😂
is this comedy?
Allegedly.
Of course you don't like it, they are making fun of people like you.
heather anne campbell!!

this guy literally look like Einstein !? hollshit
Plato is hella a jagoff. Thats correct

You guys need to fire everyone who writes your jokes

Pretty sure I can safely drop out of college and make a career out of comedy now
Hey, this show.. why is this comedy central? i thought shit suppose to be funny here?
Poor writing, poor acting and poor jokes.
I actually fell asleep watching this.
i thought i was watching adult swim for a moment, i like the direction cc is going with this.
