Awwww snap! I almost spiraled into insanity, but I finally just finished this pupper on some brown tissue foil. Every crease is about ready to snap, but it's holding up! Beautiful model.
I know what you mean. I have tried many times. I have dogs, elephants, and birds, maybe 15 completed to around the last 5-15 minutes. I can never see what's going on at the very end. All I can do is guess. Maybe eventually I'll guess right.
This one was in a word, frustrating. The book diagrams aren't easy to follow as the fold lines are often right next to crease lines, and there's a lot of partial unfolding which does not translate to instructions well, nor does looking at the next step always give you a lot of insight. Final outcome is really nice tho.
Is is possible to use printing paper size A2 to make Bassset Hound or it will be thick paper to fold ? What is the size and quality of paper you used to fold the same?
Little late to reply, but you can use A2 paper for it. I did every step and finished the model, but the model looking decent in the process is a different story 😅

u might wanna use a darker colour next time. i had trouble seeing the folds on the white side
