By and large, very sound advice to follow up on prospective clients. In general I like it. Depending on your state, all that follow up may create an issue. However, towards the end of the video, the "By the Way Marketing" may be effective, but it comes with some risk. Yes I agree that it works, but it has to come with a disclaimer. Giving actual legal advice to a non-client based on limited facts- recipe for disaster. What if a non-attorney paralegal on staff does the follow-up and offers that advice, even worse. Then the prospect does not hire you, relies on what you or your staff said, and sues you later?? Yes I have read about it in legal journals. Just put a gentle disclaimer with it when you offer what is really a suggestion in the hopes of getting a client, and then document those facts and statements in your case management & tickler system. Better yet, get the advice of your malpractice carrier BEFORE you do this- they are literal libraries of wisdom in how to stay out of trouble on the front end. To our success!
Love your content. Literally applied and might be interning for dan newlin 2 weeks ago. ironic you speak about him in this video. what state are you located in?

I have been an avid watcher of your RUclips channel for some time and adore the content you produce. As someone incredibly passionate about ranking higher in Google Maps, I would love to discuss my tips with your viewers, especially lawyers! Are you ever on the lookout for guests to feature in your videos?
Good content. But some of it is unrealistic. For instance, it's hard enough getting a client to write a review - even where the attorney has done a terrific job - let alone have them answer 5 questions while doing it. I have numerous clients I can put into that category, be it our PI cases, criminal law cases, etc. I had one client who was facing life in prison. My firm got him only 2 years. Family wouldn't stop thanking my firm. 6 months later, and despite numerous polite reminders and Google review link sent to them...no review put up.
You should read 5-Star Attorney. It show you how to get tons and tons of reviews (especially when you’re in the situation you’re describing). Attorneys who focus on getting reviews tend to get them.
