Thanks for the encouragement Brannigan! Over the past 17 years I have been in-house legal counsel for large public and midsized companies. I am now going to go out on my own. I am going to be relocating as well. Very best, Matt
Great value. But as a website designer, I can confidentally tell you that a good design with user aesthetics in mind converts far more better than with a basic or the one like jasons. Websites being used as lead generation source requires to be designed with careful aesthetics and a/b testing process to find the winning spot for lead conversion.

This is a great video and I read your article online and it was very inspiring. I have tried to find any way of contacting you and this is the only way i think i could haha. I am only in my GCSE years and obviously have a lot of time and studing to do ahead however as I have been researching aspects of law I would like to get into. I would like to say I would like to become a 'Human Rights lawyer' but as we know and I have found out a 'human rights lawyer' doesn't quite exist and usually cases to do with human rights are badly paid if paid at all. So my question is that this is what I would consider a gap in the field and somewhere where we can expand. I have been contemplating this in the future I look to open my own human rights law firm; where i will hire lawyers who specialise in things such as family law, immigration law ect that come under the broad human rights spectrum. I would just like to here your views on the idea and some advice about it? Thank you so much and I will be desperately anticipating your reply!
That's a good idea, but are those people going to be able to pay you anything? You might as well try to get a job with a place like Legal Aid or some other nonprofit that helps poor people. It's been 2 years so I hope things turned out well for you!
Can’t believe there are actually ads for lawyers doing stunts over in the States 😱 if anyone did that in Australia they’d have a heart attack! Very entertaining 🤣🤣🤣
I'm struggling to find legal representation, I think because my employer was a law firm - idk if it's a personal conflict of interest or some other aspect of my case, but just wondering if I can seek representation from out-of-state?
hahaha bro you have got a good sense of humor too! Btw i really enjoyed the vid. I want to open a law firm alongside working in my family business. Helpful content.
@@williamfairfaxmasonprescot9334 You can try to work as a paralegal/legal assistant without necessarily having to go through those paralegal certificate programs. When I worked for small firms, 95% of the legal assistants had no paralegal training; they learned on the job and the owners didn't really care about the degree/certificate. Just try to find a job with law firms instead of wasting more time and money getting a certificate you may not even need. Good luck!
@@aalegalfocus thank you. Some great advice. All I got to do now is put my collection of suits to use and give some serious thought to my future occupation in litigation or Healthcare, with a dash of investment opportunity.
If your goal is to get in front of other lawyers, then I think its a great idea. If your goal is to advertise to the public, I'm not sure I see how it would work. Generally, typical people don't care about the law until they need too. Thats my experience anyway. Is there something else that you have in mind?

I've signed a contract with a law firm. The managing partner is somewhat of philanthropist and helping mindset and is hiring fresh graduates from any field as business development executives just to give employment opportunities. His firm has plenty amount of business and brand value. They are paying me good salary compared to what newbies earn right after getting out of college. Can someone tell me if there is actually a role like this in law firms around the world? Because as per my knowledge, I don't think if law firms have marketing and business development departments.

I advertised a question on an on-line lawyer pooling site for California lawyers (regarding Disability). This was done a few days ago and not one response from anyone! I suppose it could be because I am poor, on government Disability and assistance.
If your disability and circumstances allow it, I would strongly encourage you to litigate on your own. Of course, you'll need to engage in a steep learning curve but that will save you money and give you much more control over the pacing of your case. You'll possibly endure corrupt and/or inept judges, but that would happen regardless of whether or not you proceed through an attorney. Check out my RUclips channel and the court filings I've shared at www.OneClubOfJusticides.com to get a closer view on what pro se litigation entails. Also feel free to submit over there any questions you may have.
I never use SEO because someone can also outbid you. If you can figure out the RUclips algorithm, you can get your exposure without spending money on advertising.
You guys are clowns. You know how you get clients? You walk into a gas station and ask that clerk if he gets paid overtime. ESPECIALLY at 7-11 franchises. Figure out what cases you like to read about, and what issues you have a passion for, and go from there.

Why 5k monthly ?
Because of how much work it takes to do SEO right. In many areas of law, SEO is extremely competitive.
just being a human being....
