Great Video Irene! Everything Crystal said is exactly what I've been doing the last few years. The result has been unimaginable. I went from being diagnosed with a muscle disease that had me barely able to lift my legs to back walking normal. VERY FEW people understand the benefit of what Crystal spoke on. She is spot on. You go Crystal! You know of what you speak! And I am living proof.

Dear Irene, I admire you so much for your courage, your adventuresome spirit, your lifestyle choice!
I'm not a nomad. I live in an apartment in Miami Beach, Florida. I love being surrounded by water and get to watch the sun rise and set and walk with my little doggie along the beach.
I watch your channel and a few other rv channels not because I'm a vicarious traveler. I watch because I consider this reality tv at its purest. Real fascinating people unconcerned about glamour and scripting. I also learn so much about minimizing and more efficient ways to do things. Not to mention composting toilets, Lucy lights, solar panels LOL.
Part of me would love to have your kind of life but I am about ten years older than you and haven't driven a car in years so I don't think so.
I wish you the best of health and I look forward to your continued videos. All the Best, Maxine❤️

I just subscribed. You are a strong and brave woman despite your disabilities. I am blind in one eye and have hearing only in one ear and I know how disabilities can limit you. I still work despite that and am holding on to retirement in about 2.5 years. You are a very good person to animals and I am a animal lover too. One day I would love to travel as you do. Take care of yourself and your fur babies, may God continue to bless you.

Hi Irene, been a silent follower for a while and like your travels, and dream of the one day I can do it on a part time basis. After reading so many comments here I implore Crystal to get her blog up and running even with small videos because we really NEED her hints and help! Thank you for all you do to bring us your adventures and experiences!

Great video that is super informative. Thank Crystal for sharing all of this with us. I am excited to get on her channel. It truly was fate that brought you together. I know that she is so right. I am an R.N. and our body is an incredible machine. We don't even know the half of it yet. Man could never created such a work of art. You ladies have fun and happy adventures. Love Joyce

I gave up gluten/wheat 6 years ago. My joints ached so bad I could hardly walk or move around. Once I ditched the gluten, I lost almost 40 lbs in 6 weeks (I think a lot of what I lost was inflammation.) and immediately started to feel better, with way less pain.Unfortunately, I did what so many people do when giving up gluten--ate tons of sugar and gluten free processed (junk) food. When my joints began to ache again, I had to face the worst fear: Sugar had to go! I was sooooooooo addicted to sugar! It was so doggoned hard to do. My body let me know, though. The less sugar I ate, the more violently sick I would get when I indulged! Finally, my body led me to the right path. Not perfect but lots better!

So proud of you! I need to give up SUGAR too!

Because I had spent my whole life (And my mother too) eating gobs of sugar and baked goods, taking antibiotics and steroids, yada, yada, yada, I very quickly realized that I had a serious Candida overgrowth. Going on a Candida cleanse really got me off to a powerful start. Christa Orecchio from "The Whole Journey" has great programs you can get for fairly cheap. I was fortunate to be listening to a deep dive interview she did on a health summit with (I think) Sean Croxton where he got her to tell exactly how she does the cleanses. It is very austere but it got me started. Good luck!

Hey Irene, great interview & thanks for introducing us to Crystal. I am earger to learn all I can about natural options for a healthier body. I didn't know there is a specific diet for one's blood type, I need to look into this also. I'll surely follow Crystal when everything is all set up for her YT channel. Thank you again!!

Very excited to learn more. I recently saw an article about making your own natural cleaning products and I plan to switch to them. In recent years I've become so sensitized to laundry products that they make my skin itch terribly - even the ones labeled "clear" or "for sensitive skin."

Cheryl Lamb Your welcome!!! 😄👍I forgot to say my primary Dr was the first one to say try taking gluten out so kudos to her. 😁👍 Very few Dr are trained in nutrition education and just trained to fix everything with pharmaceuticals. I am not saying that every person can throw all of their pharmaceuticals away completely but sometimes being more mindful with what we put into our bodies can reduce them. 👍😉💓😄🚐

Great video! Looking forward to following Crystal! My biggest problem now that I am living in a van is MOLD!!!!!’ I am stuck up north in rainy, muddy, wet Washington and I am really suffering from mold problems I can not even see. Now I find out from Bob Wells that the Mr Heater Buddy propane heater CAUSES moisture to condense inside the van!!! Yikes!

Fast Pup Dog Training - this is crystal, from the video. Try mixing 1 cup borax to 1 gallon water. Use a towel to clean the mold with the mixture, especially on wood. (Borax is very toxic to mold, but safe for you.) let it dry on the wood surfaces and it will keep the mold from coming back.

I've read on almost every diet known and the blood type diet is the most thoroughly debunked of them all. If I ate what is says my blood type should eat it would kill me. I did something similar at one point and it was not good! Many people with arthritis in the fingers and back are helped by removing all nightshade vegetables from their diet. I did that once for about 9 months and found that i do have some sensitivity to them so I now limit them but for me they were not a significant element in my back pain. So much of healing with diet is trial and error! Just never trust what the government says is good for us LOL

What are nightshade vegetables as I have not heard of that before. The reason I ask is because I do have arthritis in my hands and back. Thanks.

I wonder if it's not so much the gluten thats a problem as much as the pesticides that bind to them that cause the problem.
