Kanna was an okay character but I didn't like how she was killed. Shinichi told her not to be stupid but there she went. Only having her dream making her feel safe. Haaaaa, that and she was a stalker for the most part. Going nuts for him and all. But can't blame her, Shinichi is pretty awesome :3
She was a stalking shinichi because she was able to feel something coming from him. Imagine whenever you were close to someone you get a specific sensation, which you never had before, so you want to get to know it better. I'm pretty sure if she didn't feel anything like that she wouldn't have stalked him even if she had still fell in love. Getting to experience a feeling you never had before is intriguing and she wanted to "explore" it. As for her dying yeah she was dumb but she really didn't know the magnitude of the situation until shit got real. She was blinded by love and ignorance.

The battle with the strongest parasite ended abruptly, but I think the way it ended was the best. As Tamura also said, parasites are strong as individuals but weak as species. So Goto lost because of environmental pollution created by mighty humans.
Christ this show was so good. I watched it right after reading the manga for the first time. Some of the characters look wildly different, but I got used to it quickly. In the end it mattered little, because they kept the amazing plot.
