It’s because they’re just insects controlling human bodies. They’re only more powerful because they don’t feel pain from the body being damaged, but their bodies are still just human bodies. They die just as easily
i love how the main character's parasite thingy is always so calm and talks everytime during battle when the main character asks something, he answers the questions like hes far more capable of the things we think he is capable of, like hes super op idk how to describe this, but i just feel like his parasite is super op and is just holding back n stuff

Dude… holy shit tamura was BADASS. 1 vs 3 and flawless victory, secret weapon and plotting her opponents against each other, like a human might. Absolutely spectacular
She is way more intelligent and actually uses strategy instead of just raw power. She beat all three of them effortlessly while Maesawa thought he could solo her just because of his hosts' superior muscles. Tbh I don't think Shinichi can beat Tamura in a fight, in any case. He only beat Gotou mostly due to extreme luck and stuff. But Tamura's intelligence disregards that.
@@octopuszombie8744 I believe that Tamura’s a shadow of Shinichi in someway, you can see that over time he started to became less human and Tamura despite being a Parasite became more human to the point where she would feel sympathy and sacrifice herself for a human baby. Really interesting plot to see that the villain being stronger than the hero by becoming the “good” person while the hero falls down to the villain level and now must regain back what he has lost.

That's very debatable. Parasyte, while good, is not one of the better anime I've watched, but John Carpenter's The Thing is my all-time favorite horror/mystery movie. It's a classic.
