Not the whole song, but a few notes from Fi's melody are played in BotW and TotK usually when the Master Sword is the focus in a cutscene, especially when the spirit in the sword specifically is the focus
As I'm relistening, I feel like BOTW borrowed/was influence by a lot of sounds in this soundtrack. Especially the bells and gong type sounds. One example would be the Shrine music but elsewhere as well.
It plays very briefly when Link places the master sword in the golden light at the end of the great sky island. Pay attention to the piano. It also plays in breath of the wild very briefly when you return to the korok forest after drawing the fully powered master sword in trial of the sword.
Amazing.!
Apparently this song was in a memory in TotK. Anyone got the skills to compare?

yeah, it's basically the Master Sword theme now.
Fatbrett God of War video's brought me here. Such a peacefully beautiful song
Beautiful. Is this song in other Zelda games?
Technically. In TotK, you can hear musical hints of Fi's theme in master sword related memories.
@goiagamer I believe there are some subtle references in master sword related cutscenes in botw too, super quiet tho
I have a Soundalike - A Heart of Hanin (Tom Clancys Jack Ryan) by Ramin Djawadi
