I built it, based on plans of V1Engineering (v1e.com). You can print most of the parts and for the rest there are great instructions and a brilliant forum where you get all the help you need. :)
Hey Mark, I use Estlcam for both creating toolpaths and the actual cutting. I am using a board from Arduinoclub.de which can do that, Marlin etc. can not directly cut from Estlcam. :)

It's 25mm OD Stainless Steel tubing.

Apologies, but I don't understand exactly what you mean. Could you specify it, please?
If you mean the endmill (the bit) in the router, it's a 2.5mm endmill.

@@HaWiWe how did you keep hearts in place after cut the shape out? Tape? I didn’t see you screws anything down
