Those vehicle owners were only given about a week to pay up, and then they were sold at cash-only auctions; they had new owners within 10 days. Not many people find out when and where they are held. The people who lost their vehicles stopped making the payments, and were into another one in a few weeks.

MTA for most part relies on local and state funding. As opposed to some public transit in Europe where the countries heavily invest. I heard it costs like 5x more to maintain than other cities due to cost of labor.

I’ve seen the white and blue patrol cars w plate altering. I’ve seen the undercover cars w altered plates. School buses and the most I’ve seen were cabs. All types of cabs.

This happens because working stiffs are being hurt by the tolls. There was a toll bridge for a while (to recoup the expenses of new road-work and another bridge, etc.) and I know that if I had to drive it twice a day to work it would have hurt my income noticeably.
The amount of the fines, etc., tell the story of what is causing this.

To the people that I seen on the road that was saying oh you broke the law there's no statutory law that can sit with a federal law that represents the Constitution of the United States of America that says that you have to pay to travel that's exactly what's missing here, how can you tell an American that they don't have the right to travel freely you guys need to really pay attention to our country's history when the Constitution was made it wasn't made for government to be over us; if you think you getting my vehicle you got another thing coming because all of these laws are for commercial use only.
