I was involved in a 2 car mv accident where the other car was speeding and decided to pass me illegally on my right and sideswiped me. the driver of the other mv knew the responding officer and the officer decided to write me the citation and make the accident my fault. the officer spoke extensively with the 2nd driver yet didnt want to hear my side of the accident. I appealed and had evidence proving that the officer and the at fault driver knew each other and set me up. I had the citation dismissed . i filed an IAD complaint against the officer but, due to it being a small town, the IAD investigation found nothing. How can I find the evidence via social media of collusion yet seasoned police investigators couldnt? same as Karen's case with the killers and the cops!
Norfolk County DA's argument: "Your honor, that person we are prosecuting someone else for witness intimidation related to this case is clearly not a witness nor related to this case."

Cool video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to move on, I really loved her so much i can’t stop thinking about her and the memories we shared. Defense attorneys aren't allowed to get that sort of thing. They need the court clerk, prosecutor, or a judge's order.

Appears to me that the defense attorney is trying to blow a whole lot of smoke to fog up what is an otherwise straightforward case. KR was blotto drunk and angry at the boyfriend.
